Meet the Team
With over 25 years of experience as a Private Medical Secretary, Cheryl has had the privilege of working across a wide range of medical specialties, gaining a deep understanding of clinical practices and the demands of medico-legal work. Her career has been dedicated to supporting consultants and ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care through efficient and compassionate service.
In 2011, Cheryl established her own independent private secretarial business, which has since grown into a thriving service supporting private consultants and their patients. Her goal has always been to provide a professional, reliable, and personal approach — helping consultants manage their practices effectively while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients.
Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her two retriever dogs and her grandchildren.

Katy brings over a decade of experience in healthcare, spanning both NHS and private sectors. Following years of working across multiple specialties, she founded her own medical secretary business in 2021, supporting consultants in a variety of departments and gaining valuable insight into the operational and administrative needs of healthcare professionals.
Katy is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and experts alike, ensuring every assessment is managed with care, precision, and clear communication from start to finish.
Outside of work, Katy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and child, making family life a valued balance to her professional commitments.
